MON:
- 45-60 minute run
- Strides (4-6)

TUE:
- Long tempo run (2x15 minutes with 5 minutes rest)

WED:
- 30-60 minute run
- Strides (4-6)

THU: SCVAL SCRIMMAGE at Crystal Springs
- Dismissal after lunch
- Buses leave at 1:30PM
- Freshmen 3:30
- Sophomores 4:00
- Juniors 4:30
- Seniors 5:00
- Return to Gunn ~6:30PM

FRI:  
- 30-45 minute run

SAT:  Rancho Run - meet at Gunn at 9AM
-Easy long run (45-75 minutes)

SUN:
- Off
