- Long tempo run (3x10 minutes with 3 minutes rest)

WED:
- 30-60 minute run
- Strides (4-6)

THU:
- Coyote Hill (6-10 hills)

FRI:  
- Moonlight Run participants do not need to come to practice
- 30-45 minute run

SAT:  SCOTT BAUHS INVITATIONAL
