- Speed development warm up
- Manuela tempo run (~2.1 miles)

FRI:
- Team building activity

SAT: 9:00 AM at Gunn for Rancho runners
- Long run, 60-75 minutes (Group 3)
- Other activity or off (Groups 1 and 2)

SUN: On your own
- Off


Workout Groups:
Group 1:  New runners who have never run before
Group 2:  New runners with some previous running experience and returning runners with limited summer running
Group 3:  Returning runners with consistent summer running.
