This tutorial is for Palo Palo Alto Unified School District employees who wish to set up "Automatic Reply" on their e-mail account.
Pre-requisite Skills: Familiarity with e-mail, and the ability to follow online instructions using screen shots of web pages
Tutorial Objective: Activate and de-activate PAUSD's Mirapoint e-mail "Automatic Reply" to maintain health and professionalism

How to set up Auto Reply for PAUSD Mirapoint e-mail

1. Go to Gunn Home Page:
|
|
|
2. Click on "eMail Management"
|
|
|
3. On the Administration Suite Login page, type your (PAUSD e-mail) User name (first initial of first name and last name–no spaces) and Password in the appropriate boxes and click on "Login" |

4. Click on "Account" on top left navigation bar
|
|
|
5. Click on "Automatic Reply" on left navigation bar
|
|
|
6. Fill in "Subject" and "Message:" fields with explanation of your delayed e-mail response and click "Start" When you are ready for e-mail "business as usual", return to this page (by following steps 1-5) and click "Stop"
